If you already requested a Virtual Prepaid Card before:  
- Log in to your Virtual Prepaid Card account.
- Click on "My cards" in the navigation and then on "Purchase my card". 

You can buy up to 3 cards maximum. And only 1 card can be bought per time.

If you need 3 cards, it is necessary to make the purchase process 3 times.

Silkpay Virtual Prepaid Cards are digital cards delivered in a secure way via email.

No physical card will be delivered to your address.

If you don’t receive your card details up to 1 week after applying, please contact our support team.

Once your application is approved, a card ready to use will be issued to you.

You don’t need to activate the card from your side. You can add funds to your card and start using it right away.

The SIlkpay's Virtual Prepaid card costs 59.99 euros (INCL. charges) per card (to pay only once).

Your request could be rejected for several reasons:
- You uploaded wrong ID documents
- You uploaded non clear or blurry ID documents
- Your ID number you filled in doesn't match the ID number in your document
- We need a double check from our side to verify your identity

When your card request is rejected, you will see a message in your "Card requests". You need to click on the button "Update & Resubmit" to provide us with the new documents.

To purchase your Virtual Prepaid Card via bank transfer you will need to:

• Open your bank App or website and initiate a transfer.
• Fill in Silkpay's bank account details as the beneficiary:

• Fill in your ""Purchase reference"" we gave you in the “Transfer reason” / “Description”, “Remark” or “Reference”.

The purchase reference will be given to you when you initiate the process of card purchase via bank transfer.

After you choose ""Bank transfer"" as a payment method, we will show you the instructions along with your purchase reference and where you need to mention it when doing a bank transfer.
